The solution has been designed to encapsulate the ability to be used for a trapezoidal metal roof, for installing solar panels in the landscape as well as in portrait orientation. It is to be mounted on the crest through to the purlin of the roof, using a specially designed L-Angle considering the rigidity and longevity of the structure.
The rack has been designed to withstand excessive uplift & downward forces tested at 200 kmph wind speeds, as per IS875-part 3, 2015.
The solution provides a unique aesthetic appearance and also possesses an appreciable Strength-Weight ratio leading to the perfect balance of Ergo-Aesthetic characteristics. It also encapsulates the ability to maintain the panel height ranging up to 72mm, for heat dissipation thus reducing the thermal losses. The long rack with its span ensures that uniform loads are distributed over the system.
