Smart Rack - LS is a non-penetrative Ballast-based solution designed to encapsulate the ability to be used for a flat roof, for installing solar panels in the landscape orientation. The solution provides more than 100 mm ground clearance for better air circulation underneath the solar panels to get a better cooling impact (majorly in tropical regions), thus reducing thermal losses. The solution is available in 5 deg/10 deg/15 deg.
The solution has been smartly designed in such a way that it is simple to install yet Rigid enough to withstand the varying wind loads. The solution has been virtually tested at approx. 200Kmph, based on the standards referring to IS875:Part3, 2015. The structure is stable in design and has been laid off considering the self-shadow factor, thus increasing the productivity of the system and reducing shadow losses.
