About Solar Panel Safety Line

The Solar Panel Safety Line is designed to provide permanent anchorage to ensure user safety while working on an elevated roof. It consists of a stainless steel wire rope made from SS316 grade material, with a diameter of 8mm, running along a horizontal track. The line includes an installed end-user extremity anchorage post, intermediate brackets to hold the wire in place, turnbuckles to maintain tension, and a shock absorber. The stainless steel body carriage allows the user to move smoothly without interruption along the entire length and through intermediate posts/brackets. This safety line is in conformity with EN975 type C and has a load-carrying capacity of 15KN (for 04 users).

SS-316	Horizontal life line provides permanent anchorage to a user can move along an elevated roof. It comprises of a stainless steel wire rope in material grade SS316 L of diameter 8mm running along horizontal track and with installed end user extremity anchorage post. Intermediate bracket hold the wire in position and its installed each 5-12 meter length interval. The wire is maintaining its tension through the Turnbuckle and other end Shock Absorber. Stainless steel body carriage connects the user to line by lanyard and move smoothly without any interruption along entire length and also through the intermediate post /bracket.	1.
