The Counter Rack system is a total aluminum-base structure. This system is best in class as a counter rack system for any trapezoidal roof and comes with 3 types of variants CS-5deg, CS-10deg, and CS-15deg tilt.
This system is capable of handling a wider range of panels in width as well as in length, with respect to panel sizes we provide standard and 6-leg configurations. The structure is designed to sustain the excessive wind loads produced at the wind speed of 200 kmph. This structure comes in with preassembled sub-assemblies, catering to fast and easy installation. The counter structure comes with an optional EPDM tape to prevent leakage.
The presence of standard fasteners makes it easy for the installer to use standard tools for installation. We are providing telescopic adjustment at the back leg to adjust the structure and its tilt as per the roof angle. This structure is compatible with purlin distances ranging from 900mm to 1200mm.
