The Counter Rack system is a total aluminum-base structure. This system is best in class as a counter rack system for any trapezoidal roof and comes with 3 types of variants CS-5deg, CS-10deg and CS-15deg with respect to tilt angle.
This system is capable of handling a wider range of panels in width as well as in length, with respect to panel sizes. The structure is designed to sustain the excessive wind loads produced at the wind speed of 200 kmph. This structure comes in with preassembled sub-assemblies, catering to fast and easy installation. The counter structure comes with an optional EPDM tape to prevent leakage. The presence of standard fasteners makes it easy for the installer to use standard tools for installation. We are providing telescopic adjustment at the back leg to adjust the structure and its tilt as per the roof angle. This structure is compatible with shed roof purlin distances ranging from 800mm to 1000mm.
